ScarAway Clear Silicone Scar Sheets are lightweight and discrete, self-adhesive, easy to apply and water resistant. Whether you’ve had a scar for days or years, using ScarAway may diminish it in as little as 4-8 weeks*.

Intended Use

ScarAway is intended for the management of old and new scars, including hypertrophic and keloid scars, resulting from surgery, trauma, wounds, burns and more. ScarAwayTape can be cut to fit small, large, or irregularly-shaped scars. Tape lasts for up to 24 hours. When tape loses stickiness, dispose and replace with another piece. Do not expose to water for prolonged periods.

For prevention of abnormal raised scars, use as soon as the wound is closed or sutures are removed. For existing scars, begin using immediately, provided your skin is intact and no wounds or irritation are present. ScarAway is suitable for use on children, and people with sensitive skin.

Directions

Application & Care

1. Wash and dry scar area. Do NOT use soap that contains moisturizers, lotions or oils.

2. Peel off liner from adhesive side of sheet.

3. Apply sheet with adhesive side directly on scar.

4. Keep Sheet in place for up to 7-10 days. There is no need to replace the sheet for cleaning. When sheet loses adhesiveness discard and replace with new sheet.

5. ScarAway clear sheets are water-resistant and will remain in place during short-term water exposure, such as showering. Do not expose to water for prolonged periods.

6. Recommended duration of treatment is 60-90 days.
