ScarAway The Solution for Scars^™

ScarAway Complete Scar Treatment Kit works on newly healed wounds and on visible older scars including hypertrophic scars and keloids. Even scars that are years old and appear raised and discolored can become flatter, smoother, and less visible – closer to your skin’s natural texture and color.

Intended Use

ScarAway is intended for the management of old and new scars, including hypertrophic and keloid scars, resulting from surgery, trauma, wounds and burns. A softening of the scar may occur in just days, with improvement in appearance and texture experienced in as little as 4-8 weeks. Recommended duration of treatment is 60-90 days. Individual results will vary.

For best results: Alternate Scar Sheet with Scar Gel every 12 hours.

For prevention of abnormal raised scars, use as soon as the wound is closed or sutures are removed. For existing scars, begin using immediately, provided your skin is intact and no wounds or irritation are present. ScarAway is suitable for use on children or people with sensitive skin.

Sheets Application

1. Wash and dry scar area. Do NOT use soap that contains moisturizers, lotions or oils.

2. Peel off liner from adhesive side of Sheet.

3. Apply Sheet with adhesive side directly on scar.

Use

Each ScarAway Silicone Scar Sheet is washable and durable for up to 7-10 days of use with proper care. Gently wash ScarAway Sheet daily to maintain adhesiveness. ScarAway Sheets may be cut in half for smaller scars or worn side-by-side for larger scars.

Gel Application

1. Wash and dry scar area. Do NOT use soap that contains moisturizers, lotions or oils.

2. Roll a very thin coat of ScarAway Gel directly on the scar area and allow to dry.

Use

Apply ScarAway Gel as directed when not wearing your ScarAway Silicone Sheet. Do not use both of these together. Once dry, ScarAway 100% Silicone Scar Gel can be covered with cosmetics or sunscreen.
