ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel is transparent, self drying, water-resistant, and conveniently treats scars on visible or hard to treat areas on your body. Whether you’ve had a scar for days or years, diminish its appearance in as little as 4-8 weeks. Recommended duration is 60-90 days. Individual results will vary.

Intended Use

ScarAway is intended for the management of old and new scars, including hypertrophic and keloid scars, resulting from surgery, trauma, wounds and burns. ScarAway Gel’s quick drying technology, offers 24hr efficacy with twice a day application. For prevention of abnormal raised scars, use as soon as the wound is closed or sutures are removed. For existing scars, begin using immediately, provided your skin is intact and no wounds or irritation are present. ScarAway is suitable for use on children or people with sensitive skin.

Directions

Application & Care

1. Wash and dry scar area. Do NOT use soap that contains moisturizers, lotions or oils.

2. Apply ScarAway twice daily as a very thin coat and allow to dry.

3. Once dry, ScarAway can be covered with pressure garments, cosmetics or sunscreen.

4. Recommended duration of treatment is 60-90 days.
